Cots

Naptime is associated with improved health outcomes, namely in terms of attention, behaviour, learning, memory, emotional regulation, quality of life, and mental and physical health. However, to ensure the quality of nap sleep, appropriate conditions must be provided: quality of the cot, a calm, dark environment with an adequate temperature and limited noise. The cots must be arranged to allow for easy access and personal circulation.
