Area of Activities

This area should be properly decorated and furnished. The decorations should be in cheerful but soft tones and may include motifs such as dolls and objects typical of babies.

At this stage, the child develops the ability to walk. The room is equipped with grab bars and other resources to support the child's movement and body control as they begin to take their first steps independently.

In this age group, discovery and curiosity begin to play a part in the child's active exploration. The activity room integrates various specific learning moments, simultaneously with the work areas.
